Q. What documentation is required to apply for Work visa to Saudi Consulate?

A. The following documents are required to apply for Work Visa.

  1. Original ID card and Passport, Both should be valid. (old PP should attached)
  2. ID card copy of Next of Kin for insurance purposes.
  3. Medical Certificate (From Divisional medical center)
  4. Pictures 4x6 cm with white background.
  5. Original Receipt for NICOP card. (Will be issue by NADRA)
  6. Educational Certificate as per profession.
  7. For Driver visa Need valid Driving licence along with NOC from relevand trafic police department.
  8. For Driver need primary school certificate.

Q. My vocation Exit-Re-entry visa Expired, what kind of documents required?

A. If IQAMA is still valid than Exit Re-entry can be extanded, the following documents will be required:

  1. Letter from Sponsor in the name of Saudi consulat Islamabad.
  2. Print from Passport office (JAWAZAAT)
  3. Witness letter from passport office (JAWAZAAT)
  4. Passport & Pictures.

Q. I have got the Business visit visa, what kind of documentation is required?

A.  To get visa stamped from Saudi Consulate the following documentation is required.

  1. ID Card and Valid Passport
  2. Pictures 4x6 cm with white background.
  3. Return ticket
  4. Visa Slip
  5. Sponsor's CR copy
  6. CR membership certificate.
  7. Educational certificate as per profession attested by FO.

Q.  How can i get employment visa for Saudi Arabia through Al Hafiz?

A. Our employment procedure is very simple, first of all you have to submit your detail Resume (CV), along with all certificate (S) copy, our dedicated team will introduce you with overseas employer and if your qualification and experience match to any employer requirements, you will contacted either directly by employer or by a AHE representative and will update you about job details and contract term and condition, if you agree upon than you have to go through test and interview, it can be conduct by employer/rep directly or by one of AHE professional team, visa arrangements and necessary arrangements will be done once both parties agree and signed on service contract.
